Ballet Barre
Ballet Barre is a workout that incorporates ballet technique and barre work to fine-tune those tiny muscles. No dance experience is necessary to partake in Barre workouts!
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a form of yoga that is more fitness-based and focused. It is a full-body workout that engages you from head to toe. While it's not "hot yoga," be prepared to sweat! Although often misunderstood, you do not need to be flexible to take part in a yoga class.
