Hip Hop Cardio

Hip Hop Cardio Dance is an easy and fun way to get a great full-body workout! It's repetitive, easy hip hop dance choreography that is fun and gets you sweating. No dance experience is necessary!

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a form of yoga that is more fitness-based and focused. It is a full-body workout that engages you from head to toe. While it's not "hot yoga," be prepared to sweat! Although often misunderstood, you do not need to be flexible to take part in a yoga class.
